After several days of communication, we agreed to a purchase price of $68,000 out the door. This number was discussed repeatedly, written in my deal packet at the dealership, acknowledged by sales and finance, and personally confirmed with a handshake. Based on that agreement, I placed a deposit, activated insurance, and scheduled pickup. Only after the vehicle arrived, PDI and detail were completed, and delivery was scheduled, I received a call saying there was a “misunderstanding” and that the price was actually $68,000 plus taxes and fees. If a handshake agreement, written notes in a deal packet, and weeks of coordination can be reversed at the finish line, that speaks volumes about how commitments are handled here. Changing terms after a customer has committed time, money, and insurance is not transparent business. I worked primarily with a salesperson named Tristan and a sales manager named Kieran. While the interactions were polite, the outcome did not reflect accountability for what was agreed to. If you shop here, get everything in writing early, including out-the-door pricing, and do not rely on verbal commitments, even those confirmed in person. From my experience, this dealership feels slimy and unethical. Watch out!

Thalia, the service advisor to whom I was assigned was friendly but professional. The service I wanted was an oil change; the service I received was an oil change with additives said to help older engines run better. I have no complaints.

Took 1 month to get an appointment for an oil change. After oil change car was running rough until the engine shut down and only hybrid engine was kicking in. Opened hood and found the oil cap was next to hood latch, found that there was oil spatter over engine bay. Not the car is running roughy, don’t know how much damage was done.

Did not have a good experience at all with Bud Clary Auburn Hyundai. It began with them rescheduling my appointment without an explanation, forcing me to set a new appointment. When day finally came, the parking lot was packed and finding out where to go and where to park was a major hassle. If you make a wrong turn, you don't have enough room to turn around. In the e-mail, they list where to go, but none of it is labeled at the site so it's meaningless. The main hiccup was reserving a shuttle and then getting forgotten about. I live less than 10 minutes away and had other things to do. They not only forgot about me, after waiting 45 minutes past the time I was supposed to be picked up, when I went to check in again, they left to "check on that shuttle" and disappeared, then failled to find me another ride. Then they told me my car would be ready in about 25 minutes. Another 45 minutes later of draining my phone battery in their waiting area, they approach me to tell me my car was ready. They didn't even go over the diagnostics with me (although I'm sure they sensed I was not happy and wouldn't dare try to upsell me). When I asked if there was any kind of "Sorry we forgot about you discount," they flatly told me no and didn't make any effort to apologize or find someone who could help. They didn't appear at all concerned about my situation or losing a customer, but their indifference told me everything I need to know. I will not be returning. I'll go to Hyundai in Auburn. The person assigned to help me was Adrian, although it was the person standing next to Adrian I dealt with the most. Neither were helpful.
There were some confusion in the beginning but they made it all work out so I was very pleased when I left thanks
