Took 1 month to get an appointment for an oil change. After oil change car was running rough until the engine shut down and only hybrid engine was kicking in. Opened hood and found the oil cap was next to hood latch, found that there was oil spatter over engine bay. Not the car is running roughy, don’t know how much damage was done.

Did not have a good experience at all with Bud Clary Auburn Hyundai. It began with them rescheduling my appointment without an explanation, forcing me to set a new appointment. When day finally came, the parking lot was packed and finding out where to go and where to park was a major hassle. If you make a wrong turn, you don't have enough room to turn around. Good Job, I landed at Hyundai primarily because you had parking. Crazy i know but i drove into Toyota looking for a highlander, but since they had no parking space i drove out and into Jeep next door. No one greeted my wife and me so i left and came to Hyundai. I know that Jeep and Hyundai are the same owner. Because Robert greeted me, and was great and the whole team was willing to take the time and answer questions we did business with that location. Robert / Seth / Bob and the rookie Jay do good.

They were helpful and professional for the most part. They added engraved stickers for $349, something I would not have authorized if I knew they were extra. The vehicle comes with VIN on the major components and these stickers are redundant. We ordered a spare tire kit and was told that it would be available in a week to ten days. We did some research regarding the tuscon, compared it to toyotas RAV4 which we have owned regularly in the past. We decided to look into and drive the tuscon and we're shocked at how smooth of a vehicle and the power it has.
